Fees
Do Not Pay Legal Fees
Unless and Until the Claim Is Settled
Our law firm represents clients on a contingency fee basis for personal injury cases. This means that our clients do not pay by the hour, and clients do not pay legal fees unless and until the claim is settled or there is a successful recovery at trial.
Legal fees are then paid as a percentage of the overall recovery. The amount of the percentage is based upon the degree of risk and difficulty in the case, and whether litigation or trial is necessary to achieve resolution. If there is no recovery, then clients do not owe anything for legal fees.
